"Where do I begin????? 
From the moment I was life coached by Miss Cristiana. I have truly reached my potential in life. I went from being overweight, broken mentally , physically, and lost. I didn’t know who I was as a person. I felt as if being in a male dominated world. I would fail. However I was proved wrong. Cristiana has completely changed my life. I received healthy meal plans, fitness workouts that actually helped me lose weight and stay in shape. I was brought out of that funk. She made me see how beautiful I was. How talented I could be using my skills. I was able to be an adult for once and not be scared. She helped me every step of the way without judging me. I now am able to live on my own. I can support myself and found resources to help get a career going. I was able to write an awesome resume and budget my life. I don’t overspend money like I used to. It is beyond amazing what one person could do to change your life. I am forever grateful and continue to come back for more sessions. It only improves every step of the way.
